APPOINTMENT
Once an appointment is set, one of our roofing consultants will be out to your property to provide you a $0, hassle-free, no-pressure roof inspection and option between three tiers of roof that you have the ability to choose between. We will educate you on the process and help you decide on the tier of roof you’d like to put on your home. Afterwards, we will authorize the proposal contract, complete permitting document and collect your 50% deposit.

In the next 2-6 weeks, we will schedule a date for us to begin your roof replacement with a detailed email. How fast we can begin your work will depend on our current production schedule, your personal schedule, and how soon we can get the legal permits and materials you’ve requested. Now this is construction, and mother nature works on her own time, so we will give you our start date but it is always weather dependent, as in rain or other severe weather may push us back in our schedule, but we thank you in advance for your patience.
installation day
On roof installation day, we will ensure everything outside your home is clear and ready to go. The tear-off and replacement process usually is completed within 2-4 working days, depending upon the weather and intricacy of your roof. Once your roof is installed, we will thoroughly clean your property and do our final walkthrough with you to ensure that your roof has been installed to the highest of standards that we hold ourselves up to.
